Hellos and Goodbyes

Hi. So I am the kind of person who always come up saying more hellos than goodbyes in life. Wonder why?

Story of my life, I always have to say hello first before anyone talks to me. I know that's common manners but sometimes it just feels so irritating that you're the only one who always gotta say hello and others seldom greet you first. The worse part, you're the one who have to deal with their goodbyes first. Yes, I know, I sleep late and stuff but just for once, let me just say "Sorry, I gotta go, bye.". But you know what, I think I deserve it cause I'm just being too nice. I always wait till others are about to sleep or leave or maybe you can say, I'm the one waiting for their goodbyes.

I have a funny theory which implies that the person who says goodbyes first in a conversation normally is the bad guy. Just take it as if that person is the person you want to talk to and they say goodbye and walk away. That's what I think, and I know it sounds ludicrous. Well, sometimes being the nice guy needs sacrifice and effort. But then, when I'm the one saying goodbye, I actually feel bad and people ignore it. People won't even reply as if they don't care I said goodbye. Maybe it's a good thing. Maybe they don't wanna talk to me. But why nobody want to talk to me?
I dunno people, I just think I'm like that, story of my life. Hence, I wonder how many people are guilty of this crime. You always think it's bad to be the one saying goodbye first so you wait for it. This is not a rant, it's just a documentary of my life. Lastly, I gotta say, the only place I can say a proper goodbye, is when I write a blog post. Chortles... =D

Forgive me then for saying " Goodbye, till we meet again on the next post! =)"

Sighs, I love my life. *smiles*

Creativity needs Courage...

Hi, it's been a while again. I know, this blog is filled with mundane life experiences that has been repetitively discussed over and over. To be honest, my blog is inspired by the famous Vlogger as in Video blogger on Youtube, Natalie Tran. If you guys watch her videos you guys might get the deal. Yeah, you might think it's plagiarism but hey, I'm just sharing rants and topics that are funny and random to me so please don't rate me as if I'm the one lacking creativity.
Speaking of creativity, sometimes I just have to say that humans are actually born to be creative. I'm serious. If they are not creative, why would they have wild imaginations? Children always ask us questions which we like to call "stupid questions", but if you think it in the bright side, you have to give them credit cause they took time to actually think of it. As we grow older, our creativity becomes more practical, as in how people say "not fun". Have we ever asked the question on where our "fun" creativity has went?
In my personal view, as we grow up, we tend to mature in thinking. Yes, everyone knows that, but have you realized one more thing? We start to bring in the word "shame" into our life. It's like everything that is out of logic is ridiculous, and it is a shame that we, at this age still think of it. The contradiction comes when people say, "I am inspired by this kid's funny question".
Why can't we think those by ourselves? Are we really lacking creativity compared to a child? No, it's because we worry of what others think of us. We worry people will make fun of us and think of us as ludicrously childish. We are shy to give out ideas that others think that only kids can think of. Face it, we've been kids before, we could come up with that idea ourselves, we're just not brave enough to show the idea so we take some kid as an excuse. But what if that idea turns out great? You'll be the one regretting not admitting that idea was yours and all credit goes to that imaginary "kid".
Therefore, I've came up with a conclusion that creativity needs courage as well. If you're not daring to open up your ideas, think out of the box, you'll never get something originally by you. Never let the word "ashamed","absurd" and "juvenile"" affect your creativity. Just be yourself and show them what you got cause they're the ones who don't have the guts to show their stuff or maybe they are the ones who aren't creative. Just think what you like to think, there's no age limit for creativity, the only boundary there is is actually set by yourself, it's up to you to broaden it, or narrow it.
That is my two cents, thanks for reading this. This quote is a great conclusion to my opinion. Hope this inspires at least one person out there.

Pointless....

Hey guys, I'm pretty lazy to type the Episode thingy so you go figure what kind of post I'm writing. Don't worry, still rants and randomness. Nothing changed.
So sometimes I just wondered why do I have so many friends on Facebook. Don't get me wrong having friends isn't a bad thing but my social life doesn't qualify me to get more than 200 friends, I mean, seriously. Okay, so from your DOB till 18 years old, lets say you meet a new person everyday. You might not be friends with them at first sight or not you might have to do the math for counting the friends you have. The ratio for getting friends at first sight is 1:1000, Try figure the ratio of love at first sight. LOL. Seriously, sometimes it's just weird to see people that you don't know on FB to be on your friends list. It seems bad to just block them cause you were the one who accepted them in the first place. 2, it's like a good thing to show others that you have tonnes of friends in FB though you have none in real life. Pfft, story of the Internet but still no one gets it.
Speaking of FB friends, it seems that research has proven that Malaysia, which is my country has the highest number of friends in almost every social network available in the country. FB crowns the others with an average of 300 friends per account. Some people here even have 3 accounts cause the maximum friends you can accept is 4000 for FB. Back to the days of Friendster was pretty much the same, but have we ever thought what's the point of all this numbers? Why bother setting a record of being the person with most friends when no one actually cares? You don't even talk to them. Sometimes lots of your friends post has been filtered to the ones you view the most and that's like only 50 of them, so what are the other friends for?
I don't know about people these days but FB is on full-stalker-mode and people seem to ignore the warnings since FB started. I started on year 2006 and that was because I was into Pet Society. Now all those games are just memories that I couldn't care to remember. It's like colored bars on the TV screen, insignificant. But hey, sometimes I do try to be friends with popular people on the net especially Youtube personals. Thank God they now switch to fan pages for people to "Like" which makes life so much easier. That's out of the topic. What I want to say is, FB is so open that sometimes it's just dangerous to upload almost everything about you on it. Some people are silly enough to put their true address on FB and have you ever thought that within that 1000 over friends you have there, some of them might have ulterior motives? It's like Foursquare which is fully useful for stalkers. All they need to do is just search for your profile name and BAM, they got ya without even asking ASL. Yeah, people say they have privacy settings, but how much can you trust the sites on keeping your info safe?
Speaking of privacy settings, some people really go OTT when it comes to this. They have a FB account, they know it's dangerous so they set everything to the maximum level ends up friends of that person on FB is almost same as a person who isn't a friend cause nothing can be seen. Yes, it is dangerous to leak everything, but it is pointless to cover everything. If you were to cover up your every detail, why bother opening an FB (or any social network) account? LOL
I hope someone who has almost 1000 or more friends on FB think properly, do you know any of them? Do you think friends of friends must be considered as your friend cause you just want to please your friend? Moreover, do you find it proud to know crappy people just to fill up your numbers so that you're ranked the highest number of friends person on FB? Let me just remind you,
Hello, this is just the Internet, get a life out there if you want friends....
Yeah, might be clearing up my page soon. Will modify my privacy settings too but not OTT. Moderation is a virtue, people. Get it right...
